Countdown to Christmas

Since I've joined Stuff to Scrap as a designer, I've been blown away by how awesome the designers (and forum members) are. The designers have come together to create another great download-a-day kit, Countdown to Christmas. There are 24 downloads in all and they start tomorrow. Each designer has created something special for you--word art, elements, papers, templates, QPs, etc.--LOTS of great stuff (I've seen it). Each designer will host her part of the download for 24 hours (maybe more).

The Stuff to Scrap blog will tell you each day where you should go to collect the next part of this fantastic kit. So be sure to check in at the STS blog and find out where you should visit for the next part of the kit.

Homespun Christmas

Did you have a good Thanksgiving? Mine was OK. I was at my parents' house and there were 16 of us--lots of food and too many dishes to wash afterward! The best part of my weekend was definitely hanging out with two of my best friends all day on Friday. We scrapped, went out to eat (twice!), and even braved the Black Friday craziness and did a little shopping. Definitely a good way to spend the day.

I'm taking part in this month's Stuff to Scrap blog train, Homespun Christmas. When I first saw the colors, I wasn't sure what I wanted to do anything with them. Then inspiration struck and I wound up designing a complete kit (11 papers, 27 elements, and a full alpha). As an added bonus to you, I'm giving you the complete kit in one day. It is broken into three parts, so make sure you get all three parts of it.

100 Days of School 2009

Many months ago, I created a kit for CT member Ginger, a kindergarten teacher, who was celebrating the 100th day of school. I loved the colors and have now re-vamped the kit with new papers, elements, and an alpha. The kit is almost entirely brand new; only two elements and two papers were in the original kit!

Here are previews of the paper and the alpha.
The alpha is really cool, too. It includes six patterned base pieces and five solid top pieces so you can customize the alpha to match your layout.And here's a preview of the entire kit: 13 papers, 35 elements, and a full alpha (uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and some punctuation). DSD freebie alpha

You know doubt know that Saturday is {Inter-}National Digi-Scrap Day. I created a little alpha for you to go along with all those great goodies you're getting (or will be getting).

November is a big month over at Stuff to Scrap. All month long we'll be hosting challenges, chats, and having special sales to celebrate International Digi-Scrap Day (November 7th). Each day a different member will be hosting that day's challenge.
