Bouncin' Beach Balls blog train

Happy June to you! One of the things I love about living in Minnesota is that we have four distinct seasons. Winter seemed to last too long this year. It feels like spring only arrived a couple of weeks ago and the calendar is telling me it will be summer in just three weeks. Better start making my summer plans--which include a little whitewater rafting--now!

The theme for this month's Stuff to Scrap blog train is "Bouncin' Beach Balls" and features a fun palette of colors that will complement your fun summer photos. I crafted a template for you to help you easily scrap those pictures. The download includes the file in .psd, .tiff, and .png formats so you'll be able to use it no matter what software you use. (If you're interested in taking part in future blog trains, check out the forums here.)

Also, be sure to grab each portion by the 15th of the month. After the 15th, designers are free to put their potion of the blog train into their store(s). First Mother's Day contest

Freshly

Carissa, of This Little Missy, has a new kit out today called Freshly. When she asked the STS designers if anyone would like be to be a guest CT for her on this kit, I jumped at the chance. I love the colors and knew exactly what picture I wanted to use.

Last spring, a mama bird built a nest in the lilac bush just outside my bedroom window. I was able to snap a picture of two of her little ones before they left the nest. (Anyone know what kind of birds these are?)

Stuff to Scrap is celebrating their second birthday this month and all month long, the designers are offering up freebies on the Stuff to Scrap blog.
